Screen printing is the most versatile of all printing processes. It can be used to print on a wide variety of substrates for decals and nameplates. Screen printing applies a heavy ink deposit that provides excellent durability in numerous environments. Examples of screen printed items: Purchase display talkers, static cling window decals, refrigerator magnets, metal nameplates and more. Screen printing offers a wider range of inks and dyes. Process: Screen printing uses porous mesh screen stretched tightly over a frame. The porous mesh is made of fabric or stainless steel. A stencil is produced on the screen which defines the image to be painted. Screen paint is applied to the substrate by placing the stenciled screen over the materials. The paint is forced through the fine mesh openings using a squeegee drawn across the screen producing the image. Contact us to discuss the decal or nameplate that's right for you... |
